Rapid GB has been set-up as specialists in LS1/LS2/V8 tuning, engine builds/rebuilds, problem solving and suppliers and installers of quality aftermarket products. Our particular speciality has been the HSV/Holden/Monaro/VXR cars since 1998 onwards, when Mark Frisby now of Rapid GB (Technical Director) was approached by Rod (HSV UK Ltd) to be appointed by Holden as the UK point of servicing, warranty work and most of all installations of, at the time “Vortech” Blowers and ALL associated aftermarket products…i.e. AP Brake Upgrades, Exhausts, Racelogic, Rip Shifters, Coil Overs Kits etc etc…… Mark Frisby whilst being fully trained on a rolling road and therefore able to tune all the clients cars himself on the dyno, has gained an exceptional reputation for being one of the “Best” in this field of expertise along side with his engine building capabilities and problem solving-Mark has been approached on numerous occasions by manufactures and tuners to advise on many special projects over the years.
 Now back to 2007……Mark Frisby and his partner Nicola have opened Rapid GB Ltd for those special clients who are serious about their cars performance and feel reassured that they are receiving the correct advice and service from the tuner.
Rapid GB is the official sole dealers for the Magnuson Products in the UK which means Rapid GB can offer competitive prices on Magnuson Blowers. Rapid GB is NOT restricted to any products and also offer Vortech or Whipple Blowers as other options, we only offer the best products that are available in today’s market which have all been tried and tested. We listen to the client’s requirements and future wish list and recommend several options according to desired BHP output and clients budgets.
| With all Rapid GB blower installations we offer a before and after dyno run to prove BHP figures of the new installation, the reason we provide this service is there are to many tuners out there quoting bhp figures for their remaps but not actually proving it. We feel it is extremely important that if the client is paying for something like a remap that they have proof of the output figures and be able to unlocked the remap if necessary at a later stage by any EFI Tuner NOT just the tuner who did the remap. |
